Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SpotBoost, available at spotboost.top, including the website, the customer dashboard and the API (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, adding funds or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use SpotBoost
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an artist, label, agency or company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that they accept these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide at registration, for keeping your password and API key confidential, and for all activity on your account, including orders placed through the API. Tell us immediately through a support ticket if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We are not liable for losses caused by credentials you shared or failed to protect.
3. The Service
SpotBoost provides music and audio promotion services, mainly for Spotify (plays, monthly listeners, followers, saves, pre-saves, playlist adds and podcast engagement), plus selected services for YouTube, Beatport, Genius, Hypeddit and Trustpilot. Each service has its own description with its features, start time, speed, minimum and maximum quantity, and whether refill or cancel is available. The description shown when you place the order is part of these Terms for that order.
SpotBoost is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Spotify, YouTube, Beatport, Genius, Hypeddit, Trustpilot or any other platform mentioned on the site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We may add, change, pause or remove services and change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Balance and payments
SpotBoost works with a prepaid balance. You add funds with the payment methods shown on the Add Funds page (cryptocurrency, credited automatically once the payment is confirmed) or, on request through a support ticket, with Revolut, PayPal or Wise (credited once the payment is verified). Prices are shown per 1,000 units, and the cost of each order is deducted from your balance when the order is placed.
Funds added to your balance can only be used for services on SpotBoost. They are not transferable to other accounts and are not refundable to the original payment method, except where a service you paid for can no longer be provided and you request it within 7 days of the deposit, or where the law requires otherwise. Payment disputes or chargebacks opened without first contacting support may lead to suspension of the account.
5. API and resellers
You may resell SpotBoost services through our API. As a reseller you are responsible for your own customers, their orders and the links they submit, and these Terms apply to every order placed with your API key. We may limit or block API access that puts the Service at risk, for example abnormal request volumes.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, promotes hate or violence, or contains adult, gambling or other prohibited material. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or use it for fraud, money laundering or payment abuse.
7. Results and third-party platforms
Spotify and the other platforms control their own counting, algorithms, royalties, charts and policies, and may change them at any time. We deliver the service described, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as royalties, chart positions, playlist placements, algorithmic reach or a platform's decisions about your content or profile. Counts may be adjusted by the platform after delivery. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you promote on.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, use the Service fraudulently or harm SpotBoost, its customers or its providers. When an account is closed for a breach, active orders may be canceled and any remaining balance may be withheld to cover losses or chargebacks. You can stop using the Service at any time.
9. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpotBoost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or royalties, or for actions taken by third-party platforms, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Intellectual property
The SpotBoost name, logo, website design, texts and software belong to SpotBoost and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You keep all rights to the content you promote.
11. Privacy
We process the data needed to run your account and your orders, such as your username, email address, order links, payment records and technical logs used for security. We do not sell your personal data.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where SpotBoost's operator is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence. Before starting any legal action, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue amicably.
14. Contact
For questions about these Terms, open a support ticket from your dashboard or email support@spotboost.top.
Orders & Refunds
1. Placing an order
Use the link format required in the service description. For Spotify, use full open.spotify.com links for tracks, albums, playlists, artists or episodes; shortened spotify.link links are not accepted. You are responsible for the link, quantity and options you enter, including keywords, countries or playlists. Orders placed with a wrong link cannot be moved to another link.
The content must stay public and available for the whole delivery. If a track, playlist or profile is removed, made private or changed during delivery, the order may be completed as delivered or canceled, and the part already delivered is not refunded.
Do not run another order for the same link and service, with us or with another provider, until the current order is completed. Overlapping orders make counts impossible to verify, and we cannot offer refunds or refills for them.
2. Start time and speed
Orders are sent to delivery automatically. Start times, speeds and the average completion time shown on the Services page are estimates based on recent orders, not guarantees; delivery can be slower during high demand or platform updates.
3. Drip-feed and subscriptions
Drip-feed orders are split into runs at the interval you choose, and each run is charged and delivered as a separate order. You can cancel an active drip-feed at any time from the Drip-feed page; runs that have not started yet will not be placed.
4. Cancel
If a service supports cancellation, the Cancel button appears on the Orders page. A cancellation is a request: part or all of the order may already be delivered by the time it is processed. The undelivered part is returned to your balance.
5. Partial and canceled orders
If an order cannot be fully delivered, it is marked Partial or Canceled and the undelivered part is refunded to your balance automatically.
6. Refill
Services with refill are covered for the refill period stated in their description. If the count drops during that period, request a refill from the Orders page. Refill does not cover drops caused by changes you make, such as deleting, replacing or hiding the content, or by overlapping orders. Services without refill are not covered for drops.
7. Refunds
Refunds for undelivered orders are made to your SpotBoost balance, not to the original payment method. If you believe an order was not delivered as described, open a ticket with the order ID and we will review it. Completed orders delivered as described are not refundable.
Rules
A short summary of the points that matter most when you order:
• Read the service description before ordering: it explains the link format, speed, quantities and whether refill or cancel is available.
• Use full open.spotify.com links and keep your track, playlist or profile public until the order is completed.
• Do not run two orders for the same link and service at the same time, with us or with another provider.
• Do not change, delete or hide the content while an order or a refill period is active.
• Undelivered amounts from canceled and partial orders go back to your balance automatically.
• Never promote illegal, hateful, adult or gambling content.
• For any problem, open a ticket with the order ID: our support team is available 24/7.
